Who we are

Maison Glacier is a new destination for dessert lovers in the historic Katelijnestraat in Bruges. Created by the teams behind Maison Bonbon and Le Glacier in Heist, it brings together years of expertise, a passion for quality, and a shared vision.

Every scoop of our artisanal Belgian gelato is made entirely in-house, starting from a milk and cream base that we pasteurise ourselves. Very few gelaterias still follow this full production process, and it allows us to create a smooth, balanced texture with a distinctive flavour that is never heavy.

Our menu offers twelve flavours, from well-loved classics like vanilla, strawberry, pistachio and chocolate to signature creations such as salted caramel, speculoos and yogurt amarena. Seasonal sorbets, including passion fruit and lemon, add a refreshing touch, with more flavours to be introduced throughout the year.

In addition to gelato, we serve Brussels and Liège waffles with a variety of toppings, and soon iced matcha lattes. Guests can place their order at our modern self-service kiosks or directly at the counter, ensuring a relaxed and efficient experience.

Open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Maison Glacier is the perfect place for an afternoon treat or a refined way to end an evening in Bruges. Whether you are visiting the city or a local looking for something special, you will taste the difference in every bite.
